![]() If you plan on PVPing, you won't be using Slaughtering that often against ranged characters to merit the setup required. You can take slaughtering instead of plauging. If your target dies you'll have to start stacking Devouring all over again. (Class capes give no stats) Trading the 3 stacks does some incredible damage with a crit agi build for 2 AP this way.īut otherwise your damage is dependent on the mob not dying too early. ![]() 3 stacks on Devouring gives you pretty decent damage for just 2 AP, but you lose out some res and health you would've had from a cape. ![]() But you have two spammable spells, assailing and redemption, so you don’t need to rely on slowdown at all.Īgi sets are generally cheaper, and with class cape you can cast 2x Devouring for a total of 4 AP. Main downside is that slowdown arrow is linear, which runs into similar issues as agi does with slaughtering. ![]() You can try out cha if you want something different, it’s pretty similar to int overall but has slightly higher damage through assailing arrows power buff, and atone/redemption having high base damage. Str is always the best because barricade shot is mvp. Slaughtering is a 65 base damage spell for 4 ap on a crit, twice a turn, very few spells beat that other than ones with cooldowns or ones that require you to not use any mp. Slaughtering does hit very hard though, and has its uses outside of using idols, so saying agi has bad damage is wrong. If you want something more fun then go omni.Īgi kinda sucks because it’s best damage (slaughtering) is linear only which means you can’t use dakid idol and your idol scores is much lower because of this. The monsters in incarnam are of course not the toughest yet so if you really want to test yourself you can go to the incarnam dungeon at and test your skill (I'd advise finding another player to join you since it will be pretty hard to do this dungeon alone).īut most of all I advice you to have fun exploring the game.Pretty much every Cra is the same in terms of fun, you just spam the same 2 spells on rotation. if you want to know how to get the resources you need you can right click on a resource in the recipe and select bestiary, this will show you what monsters drop it (if the bestiary option isn't available it's probably a resource gained through a gathering proffesion). The boon set (the black and white items) is a nice early set and easy to craft. If you open your proffesion interface (shortcut j) you will be able to see your proffesion levels and what you are able to craft. Doing the main quest line (the one that starts on the first map outside the temple) will later also be a requirement for starting quests for the dofus. You can always change the levels of your spells and as long as you're level 30 or below you will be able to reset your characteristics with the npc Fairy Sette located at so you are free to experiment with what build you like as much as you want.ĭoing quests is a nice way to learn about a lot of game mechanics and can earn you some nice xp and drops. (this rating is pretty good but osamodases have been changed recently so I'd say they moved up a star) When creating a character you will be able to see how complex they are to play indicated by 1-3 stars and if you're new picking a 3 star class might be a bit challenging.
